Social Media Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Social Media Intern to support our social media team in coordinating daily projects and campaigns. You will act as a bridge between external agencies and internal teams across local, regional, and international levels, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of assets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the social media team with project coordination, tracking timelines, and updating stakeholders.
• Facilitate the delivery and approval of creative materials with agencies, brand teams, and regional/global departments.
• Organise tasks and deliverables for campaigns, maintaining project timelines and following up on deadlines.
• Manage communication via email and collaborative tools to centralise feedback, requests, and approvals.
• Prepare basic status reports by gathering information from agencies and internal teams.
• Collect benchmarks, market studies, and best‑practice examples for the team.
• Support logistics for influencer activations, promotions, and other actions, coordinating materials, timelines, and legal approvals.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience (including internships) in project coordination or account management within digital, marketing, or advertising environments.
• University degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or a related field, completed within the last three years.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities, proactive attitude, and capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good level of English and an interest in the digital environment with an affinity for Disney culture.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
