Social Media Manager – Spain Market

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager to build and lead our brand’s digital presence in Spain. You will shape the voice of an innovative automotive/EV brand across multiple platforms, driving awareness, engagement, and community growth from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute localized social media strategies for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X and emerging platforms targeting Spanish audiences.
• Create trend‑driven, culturally relevant content and manage the end‑to‑end production of short‑form videos, stories, and posts.
• Collaborate with HQ and local teams to adapt global campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.
• Partner with creators, influencers, automotive media and lifestyle communities to amplify reach.
• Lead social coverage for vehicle launches, test‑drive events, experiential activations and auto shows.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and social sentiment to refine strategy in real time.
• Analyze performance metrics such as engagement, watch time, organic reach, follower growth and conversion efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing or content strategy.
• Strong understanding of Spanish digital culture, social trends and creator ecosystems.
• Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills in Spanish; professional English communication required.
• Hands‑on, fast‑paced mindset with ability to thrive in ambiguous environments.
• Passion for electric vehicles, smart technology and future mobility.
