Social Media & PR Trainee

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media & PR Trainee to support our Marketing Department in executing influencer, social media and PR activities across key markets. The role offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing beauty brand that operates in more than 40 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the daily execution of local PR and social media strategies.
• Support influencer marketing and press activities, including organic seedings and collaborations.
• Maintain and update influencer and press contact databases.
• Coordinate brand collaborations, PR activations and social media campaigns.
• Organise asset folders, ship samples, respond to inquiries, process invoices and update calendars.
• Monitor and report on PR and social media performance using KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, E‑commerce and other internal teams.
• Participate on‑camera for TikTok Shop Live streams and other social content.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Communication, PR or a related field.
• Previous trainee or internship experience in PR, influencer marketing or social media.
• Strong interest in beauty, fashion and digital culture.
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and eager to learn.
• Motivated to contribute to a fast‑growing, dynamic company.
