About the role

Join SAMY as a Social Media/Community Management Trainee and support the influencer marketing team in delivering high‑impact campaigns for beauty and lifestyle brands. This fast‑paced, international agency environment offers hands‑on experience with TikTok, Instagram and Gen‑Z trends.

Key responsibilities

• Research and shortlist influencers that match brand identity and campaign objectives.
• Assist with influencer outreach, communication and coordination to ensure timely deliverables.
• Monitor campaign performance and compile data for client reporting.
• Conduct competitive and trend analysis within the beauty and lifestyle sectors.
• Maintain internal documentation, databases and team assets.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, providing fresh, Gen‑Z‑aligned insights.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or final‑year student in marketing, communications or a related field.
• Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media trends and content creation.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Motivation to learn and contribute within a collaborative team.
