Software Engineer – Identity Experience

About the role

Perk is looking for a Software Engineer to join its Identity Experience squad. You will own the end‑to‑end experience of how users sign up, get provisioned, and stay in sync across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement SCIM 2.0 provisioning pipelines and HRIS integrations such as BambooHR, Workday and Merge.dev.
• Build and maintain user lifecycle management and calendar services that support enterprise customers.
• Write, ship, and deploy backend code, ensuring observability, reliability and fault‑tolerance.
• Collaborate with the Identity Core squad, customer‑success team, and occasionally enterprise customers to refine integration designs.

• Strong ownership mindset with a passion for delivering end‑to‑end features.
• Ability to work in a cross‑functional squad and communicate technical decisions clearly.
• Interest in AI‑enhanced development workflows and continuous improvement.

Required skills
