Software Engineer (Madrid)

About the role

Evernote, now part of Bending Spoons, is looking for a Software Engineer to join its new Madrid office. You will work on products used by millions, either directly on Evernote or on other leading Bending Spoons applications, in a fast‑moving, high‑performing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take ideas from concept to production, building systems that serve millions of users.
• Integrate powerful AI tools into the development workflow to accelerate design, implementation, testing and documentation.
• Own end‑to‑end development across diverse technology stacks, selecting the right tools for each challenge.
• Continuously simplify architectures and pipelines, reducing unnecessary complexity.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, collaborative and comfortable working in a small, talent‑dense team.
• Willing to help shape the culture of a new office and set high standards locally.
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to deliver high‑quality code at scale.
