Sous Chef – Seasonal Position in Marbella

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sous Chef to join our seasonal team at Nikki Beach in Marbella. Reporting to the Executive Chef, you will help maintain the high‑quality, beach‑lifestyle dining experience that defines the brand.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise all kitchen stations and daily operations, delegating tasks efficiently.
• Direct food preparation, ensuring consistency, visual standards and food safety.
• Collaborate on menu development, recipe testing and seasonal menu changes.
• Lead, motivate and develop junior chefs, commis and apprentices.
• Support inventory management, ordering and stock control.
• Maintain hygiene, safety and sanitation standards throughout the kitchen.
• Troubleshoot service issues and assist during high‑volume periods and events.

Required profile

• 3–5+ years of professional kitchen experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
• Passionate about food, hands‑on, calm under pressure and a fast problem‑solver.
• Team‑oriented with a willingness to adopt new techniques and styles.
