Spa & Gym Receptionist

About the role

As a Spa & Gym Receptionist at Soho House Barcelona, you will be the first point of contact for members and guests, ensuring every visit starts with a warm, personalised welcome. You will support the health club’s daily operations, helping members enjoy the full range of wellness services offered.

Key responsibilities

• Greet members by name and welcome guests with a friendly, hospitality‑focused attitude.
• Manage member lists, spa service bookings, and personal‑training class reservations.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe reception area in line with SOPs.
• Handle laundry collection for the Housekeeping department and provide information on menus and amenities.
• Address guest concerns in real time, escalating feedback to management when needed.
• Build positive relationships with members, promote a fun atmosphere, and train new hires on Soho House standards.

Required profile

• Up to 2 years experience in a busy, high‑profile hospitality or wellness venue.
• Strong attention to detail, organised, reliable and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
