Spa Receptionist (Part‑Time – 20 Hours)

About the role

We are looking for a warm, attentive Spa Receptionist to join the Oasis Spa at Grand Hyatt Barcelona. Working 20 hours per week, you will be the first point of contact for guests, handling reservations, enquiries and ensuring a seamless, personalized spa experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally, creating a relaxing spa atmosphere.
• Manage spa reservations, schedules and guest inquiries accurately.
• Provide information on treatments, memberships and retail products.
• Process payments and maintain precise cash‑handling and billing procedures.
• Address guest requests and concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate daily operations with Spa Therapists for smooth service flow.
• Maintain guest records and complete administrative documentation correctly.
• Keep the reception area and spa facilities organized, clean and well‑presented.
• Promote spa services, special offers and treatments.
• Ensure compliance with Hyatt brand standards, company policies and health‑safety procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, reception, spa or hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in Spanish and a high level of English.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Professional appearance, discretion and a positive attitude.
• Availability to work 20 hours per week, Thursday to Sunday on rotating shifts.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• Experience with reservation systems.
• Familiarity with scheduling platforms.
• Basic computer proficiency and Microsoft Office applications.
