Spanish Speaking Channel Sales Manager - Remote in Spain

About the role

A well-established UK brand operating on a global scale is looking for a Spanish-speaking Channel Sales Manager to work remotely in Spain (North or West preferred). The role develops and grows a high-performing reseller network across Spain, driving the channel strategy and delivering sustainable sales growth. The reference is 8252SC1.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, qualify and enlist new channel partners presenting the company's product
• Manage recruitment of new partners from first contact through agreement and onboarding, and lead onboarding processes
• Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing support to partners
• Act as main point of contact for partners and build strong, trusted relationships
• Drive partner performance, provide coaching and ensure sales targets are met
• Analyse performance metrics and partner feedback, suggest improvements and keep accurate records of activity, follow-ups and forecasts
• Maintain market knowledge to shape commercial priorities and reduce risk
• Work with Internal Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Product teams, and take part in trade shows as needed

Required profile

• Fluent in Spanish, written and spoken
• Proven experience in outbound B2B sales, channel development or a similar role
• Strong prospecting and new business development skills, with a proactive "hunter" mentality
• Results-driven, analytical and motivated
• Able to work remotely and autonomously, and able to travel within the designated region

What we offer

• Salary between 40,000 and 60,000 euros per year depending on experience
