Spanish-Speaking Sales Representative

About the role

Workster is recruiting, on behalf of a global technology and services leader, a Spanish and English-speaking Sales Representative for its Barcelona office. The role manages partner relationships, uncovers new sales opportunities and drives revenue growth in the tech industry, engaging resellers, giving product information and handling inbound and outbound calls. It is a full-time, on-site position.

Key responsibilities

• Clearly articulate the Partner Program value proposition and onboard new resellers
• Answer reseller inquiries by phone and email accurately and on time
• Give general product information and promote key services through inbound and outbound calls
• Identify high-value opportunities and help nurture leads
• Serve as the main contact for partner telemarketing and run callout campaigns on a predefined reseller list
• Support marketing efforts by sharing information on products and services

Required profile

• Fluent Spanish (C1) and proficient English (B2+)
• Previous experience in B2B sales or business development
• Goal-oriented, motivated by targets and performance metrics
• Able to engage with business users at all levels
• Strong organization, able to prioritize and work independently while contributing to a team
