Store Manager - Barcelona

About the role

Abercrombie & Fitch is looking for a Store Manager for its Barcelona store. The manager leads the location and is responsible for staffing, training and retaining part-time and full-time staff, including career development for management. They are accountable for all store operations, from hours management and asset protection to sales floor and stockroom organisation, and must uphold company standards and brand presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee sales floor and stockroom operations and ensure excellent customer service
• Coach staff on product knowledge and brand awareness to drive sales
• Ensure visual displays follow Brand and Corporate direction
• Recruit, hire and train management and non-management associates
• Handle staffing, scheduling and payroll
• Oversee inventory, replenishment, stockroom and omni-channel operations
• Analyse reporting to inform decisions and protect store assets
• Perform opening and closing routines and operate register and point-of-sale systems

Required profile

• 2+ years of store management experience, or relevant supervisory experience in a customer-facing role
• CEFR B2 fluency in English and Spanish, required
• Ability to drive business results in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong communication, leadership and relationship-building skills
• Customer focus and knowledge of current fashion trends
