About the role
Apple is seeking a highly analytical and commercially‑minded professional to join the South Europe Business Planning team. The role will drive regional growth initiatives, partner strategy, and business planning across Spain, Italy, Portugal, and Greece.
Key responsibilities
- Support strategic planning and governance processes, including Quarterly Planning and Strategic Business Reviews.
- Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, consumer behavior, and channel performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Partner with country teams, Business Development, Finance, and Central RTM teams to coordinate regional initiatives.
- Develop executive‑level presentations and business recommendations for regional leadership.
- Support commercial and route‑to‑market initiatives across Telco, Retail, and indirect distribution partners.
- Track performance of strategic initiatives, benchmark best practices, and build scalable regional capabilities.
- Structure ambiguous business problems, conduct opportunity sizing, and translate findings into action plans.
- Contribute to partner and account planning discussions and facilitate cross‑country coordination.
Required profile
- Strong strategic and analytical capabilities with excellent problem‑solving skills.
- Proven experience in top‑tier strategy consulting (Bain, McKinsey, BCG) at case team leader or manager level.
- Exposure to commercial, go‑to‑market, retail, or telecom environments.
- Deep understanding of route‑to‑market models and consumer business trends.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise.
- Excellent storytelling and executive communication skills.
- Robust project and stakeholder management experience in matrixed organizations.
- High intellectual curiosity, ownership, attention to detail, and ability to navigate ambiguity.
