About the role
We are looking for a Strategic Partners Key Account Manager to lead and grow Havaianas’ relationships with its top European strategic partners, including Decathlon, Footlocker, the Inditex Group and travel retail channels. Reporting to the Commercial Executive Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing account plans that drive brand elevation and sustainable business growth across Europe.
Key responsibilities
- Manage sales and account relationships with European strategic partners, ensuring growth and brand presence.
- Develop short‑ and long‑term cross‑functional plans covering product assortments, trade investment and operational excellence.
- Deliver an elevated service model and act as the main point of contact for partner leadership teams.
- Analyse sell‑out data, identify market opportunities and share insights with internal stakeholders.
- Lead annual budget planning for each account and align with the European commercial strategy.
- Coordinate critical account meetings with the Commercial Director and European headquarters.
- Collaborate with customer service to ensure operational excellence.
Required profile
- Proven strategic business development experience with a growth mindset.
- Executive‑level communication skills, strong commercial, negotiation and analytical abilities.
- Assertive, ambitious and proactive problem‑solving attitude.
- Excellent reporting capabilities and ability to work independently.
- Team player with strong relationship‑management skills.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel reporting.
- PowerPoint presentation creation.
