Strategy & Execution Manager – Energy & Utilities

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Strategy and Execution Manager to lead high‑impact projects in the Energy & Utilities sector. Based in Barcelona, you will work closely with C‑level clients, turning data‑driven insights into actionable strategies that drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver strategic recommendations, change‑management plans, and business cases.
• Oversee project execution, including presentation preparation, progress tracking, and status reporting.
• Lead research activities, formulate hypotheses, and conduct advanced data analyses on market, competitor, and industry trends.
• Identify and seize new business opportunities for both the client and Metyis.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in strategy consulting or management within the Energy & Utilities sector.
• Proven ability to interact with C‑level executives and influence decision‑making.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in market research and data‑driven insight generation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
