Strategy & Innovation Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Strategy & Innovation Manager to join our growth and transformation team in Barcelona. The role will support executive decision‑making, drive innovation initiatives and shape the business direction of a leading IT provider for the air transport sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects and workstreams focused on growth, innovation and business transformation.
• Build robust fact bases, conduct analysis, generate insights and formulate strategic recommendations.
• Support development and execution of strategic initiatives across business units and operational functions.
• Drive initiatives from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with wider business objectives.
• Identify market trends, industry developments and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to evaluate business opportunities and challenges.
• Contribute external perspectives, innovative thinking and growth ideas to the organisation.
• Support business case development and creation of strategic proposals.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Facilitate workshops, presentations and executive‑level discussions.
• Communicate complex ideas clearly and influence decision‑making through structured analysis.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Management, Sciences or a related field.
• Proven track record in top‑tier management consulting (e.g., Strategy Consulting firm) or similar roles in investment banking or product management at a large technology company.
• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience delivering strategy, innovation and implementation projects in complex environments.
• Ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders and translate data‑driven insights into actionable outcomes.
