About the role

Join Mondelēz International as a Supervisor of Raw Materials and Packaging in Valencia. You will play a key part in ensuring quality and food‑safety compliance across the plant, supporting continuous improvement and the implementation of the company’s Quality Chain Management System.

Key responsibilities

• Compile regional quality KPIs and generate periodic reports.
• Monitor plant employees to ensure adherence to quality and food‑safety standards, taking corrective actions when needed.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of QCMS, quality policies, and HACCP standards.
• Participate in quality‑food‑safety communities of practice, providing technical support and sharing best practices.
• Contribute to I2M projects, product and process design development, and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
