Supplier Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

Magna Mirrors España is looking for a Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) professional to ensure that all supplied parts and materials meet the highest automotive quality standards, from project transfer through series production.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact with suppliers for quality issue resolution.
• Manage part homologation processes and oversee PPAP submissions.
• Analyze rejected parts, coordinate corrective actions, and monitor incoming series components.
• Validate initial samples and define DVP for RTS/EOS modifications.
• Develop rescue plans with strategic suppliers.
• Conduct VDA 6.3 audits for new supplier qualification.
• Perform additional SQA tasks as required.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of SQA experience in the automotive sector.
• Fluent English.
• Strong knowledge of quality management processes, especially VDA 6.3.
