Supplier Quality Assurance – QMS Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Supplier Quality Assurance professional to join our Valls manufacturing plant. The role focuses on maintaining and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with automotive and electronics industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain, develop and enhance the QMS according to corporate, ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements.
• Ensure documentation, procedures and internal processes stay aligned with customer and certification needs.
• Support and coordinate internal and external audits, including preparation, execution and follow‑up.
• Manage non‑conformities, corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Provide training and support to the organization on QMS requirements, methodologies and quality tools.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems, preferably in automotive or electronics.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and proactive attitude.
• Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English.
