Supply Officer – PIOGO (Temporary Agency)

About the role

Join the PIOGO team at Airbus' Getafe plant as a Supply Officer. You will place purchase orders, manage material flows and ensure outsourced and purchased products are delivered on time, with the required quality and cost. The role involves coordinating between manufacturing units, suppliers and internal departments to keep stock levels optimal.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full supply lifecycle for assigned programs, from demand planning to final delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, production, engineering and logistics to guarantee timely, quality deliveries.
• Conduct supply risk assessments and develop mitigation plans.
• Monitor and analyse KPIs to improve supply chain efficiency.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in supply chain management, preferably in aerospace or industrial sectors.
• Advanced level of English (C1) – written and spoken.
• Strong problem‑solving, negotiation and decision‑making abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP and MRP systems.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and tools.
