Support Operations Officer – German Market

About the role

As a Support Operations Officer for the German market, you will act as the primary liaison between Free2move’s headquarters and its field partners. You will help partners adopt the mobility platform, ensure high service quality, and drive the growth of the rental network across Germany.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with partners to improve economic performance and satisfaction.
• Guide partners in using the Free2move mobility system and tools.
• Prepare and distribute partner newsletters and training materials.
• Analyze partner KPIs, provide recommendations, and support action‑plan implementation.
• Deliver online and face‑to‑face training sessions, ensuring correct use of the platform.
• Monitor automatic Field Check‑Up Reports and assist partners in addressing issues.
• Participate in the rollout of innovative rental solutions, such as automatic renting and connected cars.

Required profile

• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in Business, Management or related field.
• Fluent German and good command of English.
• Strong customer‑orientation and focus on quality.
• Passion for new technologies and automation.
• Enjoy sharing knowledge and coaching partners.
