Travel Advisor – French Speaker (Permanent)

About the role

Click&Boat is looking for a French‑speaking Travel Advisor to join its Barcelona team. You will support French‑market customers in finding and booking boat rentals, working closely with the sales, supply and customer care teams to ensure a seamless experience.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customers’ needs and advise them on suitable boat options.
• Negotiate the best prices with boat owners for warm leads in your pipeline.
• Guide customers through the sales process, providing all booking information and maximizing conversion rates.
• Maintain customer satisfaction and foster loyalty for repeat business.
• Achieve an annual sales target, with performance‑based rewards.
• Work at least one Saturday per month, with a compensatory day off.

Required profile

• Native French speaker with fluent English.
• 1–2 years of experience in business development, account management or sales.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle autonomously, from prospecting to closing and upselling.
• Team‑player attitude, initiative‑driven and focused on customer satisfaction.

• Base salary of €30 000 plus an uncapped variable component (≈20 % of target).
