About the role

The Pacha Group is seeking a passionate Sushi Chef to deliver authentic Japanese‑inspired dishes in a vibrant, high‑energy hospitality environment. You will be part of the celebrated Pacha Family, contributing to the brand’s legendary entertainment and dining experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present sushi, sashimi, and other Japanese‑style dishes with precision, ensuring top‑quality, freshness, and visual appeal.
• Select and handle premium ingredients, including fresh fish and seasonal produce, while adhering to health, safety, and quality standards.
• Maintain expert knife skills and culinary techniques, executing intricate cuts and garnishes that reflect the art of Japanese cuisine.
• Collaborate with the Chef de Cuisine and culinary team on menu innovation, daily specials, and guest‑centric activations.
• Adapt recipes to guest preferences, dietary restrictions, and allergen sensitivities to create bespoke experiences.
• Uphold strict hygiene and sanitation protocols, keeping workstations and cold storage pristine.
• Monitor stock levels of sushi ingredients, report requisitions, and minimise waste while maximising freshness.
