Swedish Account Strategist - Search Engine Products

About the role

Cross Border Talents is recruiting a Swedish Account Strategist for its Barcelona office, working on search engine products. As an Agency Account Strategist you identify and apply the right advertising solutions by collaborating with Media, Digital Marketing and Online Advertising Agency partners, and deliver the optimal digital advertising solution for each customer.

Key responsibilities

• Work with a wide variety of advertisers and give strategic, consultative advice so agencies get the best ROI on their clients' advertising spend
• Implement creative ways to improve Agency relationships, share performance-enhancing suggestions and upsell or promote other Google products
• Consistently meet assigned quotas while delivering an outstanding customer sales experience
• Communicate with Agencies proactively by phone and email

Required profile

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably building and optimizing PPC campaigns; 0-1 years also acceptable
• Fluent spoken and written English; native or advanced Swedish is a plus
• Strong presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills, and a passion for marketing, technology and online advertising

Required skills

• Google Ads, AdSense or YouTube knowledge is desirable
• PPC campaign building and optimization

What we offer

• Full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday) on a long-term contract
• Salary of 30,000 EUR gross per year plus up to 3,500 EUR gross per year in bonus
• Relocation package: flight ticket and accommodation for the first month plus an allowance for the second month
• Three weeks of intensive training on Google Ads and sales, with ongoing coaching and continuous training and certifications in Google products
• Contests held bi-weekly, monthly or quarterly and a clear career path within the project
