Swedish Solution Specialist - ES3

About the role

Cross Border Talents is hiring a Swedish-speaking Solution Specialist in Málaga to secure new customer wins for Microsoft Cloud. The role combines solution selling with technical product knowledge, working alongside the Sales Agent and Partner Connection Manager to maximise up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Present the customer's cloud value propositions and differentiate them against competitors, aligned to the customer's business objectives and IT initiatives.
• Give technical product overviews and run quick feasibility assessments and proposal development for identified solutions.
• Audit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations so customers receive an accurate cost projection.
• Deliver technical and business presentations to customers over Teams and act as the key technical contact for the SMB Vendor Tele team.
• Run group and one-on-one trainings across the center on topics of expertise.
• Build a Level 300 knowledge of Microsoft Cloud offerings using all training resources; meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual targets for net-new revenue, sales pipeline and operational metrics.

Required profile

• 3-6+ years of technology-related sales or business development experience; technical sales or presales experience preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred; major or minor in computer science, mathematics or engineering is a bonus.
• Minimum Fundamentals certification required on entry, L200 preferred.
• Fluent or native Swedish and intermediate or fluent English (verbal and written).
• Proven track record of achieving goals, strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.

Required skills

• Broad knowledge of productivity and communications solutions, including identity, authentication, security, privacy and compliance.
• Understanding of cloud deployment and adoption planning, and of cloud-based productivity, collaboration and communications solutions.
• Ability to explain technical architecture and end-user scenarios.
