System Administrator – Linux & Cloud (m/f/d)

About the role

We are looking for a System Administrator who will manage and improve our T‑Cloud Public platform. You will work with the latest Linux and cloud technologies, ensuring reliable, secure and automated services for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and enhance the hyper‑scaler cloud backend of T‑Cloud Public.
• Solve daily operational problems and troubleshoot incidents.
• Install and configure software and hardware components.
• Manage physical and virtual network devices, routing and firewalls.
• Implement and maintain security measures such as access controls, backups and firewalls.
• Automate routine tasks using common automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with a team of specialists in an open and trusting environment.

Required profile

• Completed studies in a technical, engineering or scientific field or equivalent professional training.
• At least 2 years of professional IT experience focused on modern cloud technologies.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with agile development processes is a plus.

Required skills

• Linux operating systems.
• Bash scripting.
• Network services and device management.
• Knowledge of physical and virtual networks, routing and firewalls.
