About the role

We are partnering with a global leader in sustainable packaging to find a Systems Operations Manager for their European operations. You will lead a talented team responsible for critical business systems and servers, ensuring reliable service delivery across multiple continents.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a high‑performing team overseeing core server environments.
• Coordinate with infrastructure operations teams and third‑party vendors.
• Ensure the stability, security, and performance of critical business systems.
• Drive continuous improvement of IT service delivery processes and governance.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing teams in an IT environment.
• Hands‑on experience with large‑scale server environments.
• Strong knowledge of IT service delivery frameworks, processes, systems and governance.
