Talent Acquisition Partner (HR Recruitment)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Partner to join Airbus in Getafe. This entry‑level position will give you hands‑on experience in proactive sourcing, talent pipelining and employer branding within a global aerospace leader.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define job profiles and understand team needs.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using modern channels and social media to attract active and passive candidates.
• Create inclusive job adverts that reflect Airbus purpose, values and mission.
• Screen applications, use recruitment tools and assess high‑potential talent.
• Organise and participate in interviews, contributing to selection decisions.
• Represent Airbus at university and school events to support the Early Career strategy.
• Participate in cross‑divisional HR projects and employment communities of practice.

Required profile

• Degree in HR, Psychology or related field with some recruitment exposure (internship or 1‑2 years junior experience).
• Strong interest in digital sourcing tools and social media platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Passion for the aerospace or engineering sector is a plus.
• Proactive networker with excellent communication skills and problem‑solving attitude.
• Fluent in Spanish and English at a negotiation level.
