Talent Acquisition Partner – International Teams (Hybrid)

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will own hiring across 13 European and LATAM markets, supporting Global Operations teams such as Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Finance, RevOps, Legal and more. Based in Barcelona, the role is hybrid and requires fluency in English, with additional languages considered a plus.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 5+ concurrent searches from intake to offer acceptance, ensuring high quality of hire.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to define success profiles, build pipelines and run fair assessment processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to HR and leadership, providing market intelligence, compensation insights and talent trends.
• Represent Docplanner authentically throughout the candidate journey, enhancing employer brand and candidate experience.
• Leverage data and AI tools to continuously improve recruitment processes and decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end talent acquisition, preferably within fast‑growing, international environments.
• Strong partnership mindset with the ability to influence hiring managers and drive process improvements.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, etc.) are a benefit.
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
