Talent Acquisition Partner – Temporary Assignment

About the role

Join Airbus as a Talent Acquisition Partner on a temporary assignment in Getafe, Spain. You will be part of a dynamic Talent Acquisition team responsible for attracting the next generation of innovators and leaders for the aerospace industry.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand team needs and craft compelling job profiles.
• Develop and execute modern sourcing strategies using social media, LinkedIn and other digital channels.
• Create inclusive, diversity‑focused job adverts that reflect Airbus purpose and values.
• Screen applications, assess potential, and manage the interview process.
• Represent Airbus at university and school events to support the Early Career strategy.
• Participate in cross‑divisional HR projects and transnational employment communities of practice.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of junior recruitment experience or relevant internships/projects.
• Strong interest in digital recruitment tools and social media platforms.
• Passion for the aerospace or engineering sector is a plus.
• Proactive networking, excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Negotiation‑level proficiency in both Spanish and English.

Required skills

• Familiarity with modern sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn.
• Basic knowledge of digital recruitment trends and applicant tracking systems.
