Talent Acquisition Partner – Temporary Position

About the role

Airbus Operations in Getafe is looking for a temporary Talent Acquisition Partner to join its international Talent Acquisition team. You will be responsible for driving the recruitment process for commercial positions and early‑career programmes, while supporting internal mobility and contributing to strategic talent projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full‑cycle selection process for Airbus Commercial external roles using proactive sourcing methods.
• Manage early‑career programmes, including intern recruitment, within Airbus Commercial.
• Collaborate with the Internal Mobility network to facilitate internal moves.
• Participate in and lead local and transversal projects aimed at improving and innovating talent acquisition practices.
• Define and execute sourcing plans, leveraging job boards, career sites, LinkedIn and candidate databases.
• Provide market insights and external talent trends to hiring managers and HR business partners.
• Contribute to employment marketing activities, such as events, forums and job fairs.
• Analyse KPIs and feedback to continuously improve service quality and internal customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in talent acquisition for commercial and early‑career positions.
• Ability to analyse hiring needs, translate them into compelling job ads and source passive candidates.
• Experience working with internal stakeholders, including managers, HRBPs and functional leaders.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
