Talent Acquisition Site Program Manager – South Region

About the role

Serverfarm is seeking a Talent Acquisition Site Program Manager to lead recruiting for a key data‑center site in the Southern continental region. You will combine strategic workforce planning with hands‑on sourcing to meet aggressive staffing milestones for both technical and operational positions.

Key responsibilities

• Own full‑cycle recruiting for data‑center roles such as Technicians, Engineers, Managers and support staff.
• Proactively source passive candidates through outreach, referrals, trade schools and community partnerships.
• Design and execute high‑volume and specialized hiring programs aligned with site build‑out, expansion and steady‑state operations.
• Track recruiting metrics (time‑to‑fill, pipeline health, hiring velocity) and adjust strategies as needed.
• Serve as primary talent advisor to site leadership, operations managers and HR partners.
• Develop and maintain relationships with trade schools, vocational programs, local colleges and workforce development agencies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in recruiting for data‑center or mission‑critical operations.
• Strong bias for execution and ability to scale talent programs from the ground up.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet aggressive staffing deadlines.
