Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of functions and geographies. You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR business partners to design and execute hiring strategies that attract top talent while delivering an inclusive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for roles across tech, product, data and other disciplines.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers, advising on market trends, role requirements and best hiring practices.
• Communicate clearly and inclusively with candidates and stakeholders at every stage.
• Apply DE&I principles to sourcing, job design and candidate evaluation.
• Utilise ATS and CRM tools (Workday, Eightfold) and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter) to track pipelines and maintain data accuracy.
• Support structured assessments, interview coordination and decision‑making aligned with hiring criteria.
• Collaborate with employer branding, people operations and other cross‑functional partners on recruitment campaigns.
• Identify and propose small‑scale process improvements to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing 360° recruitment processes independently, preferably in fast‑paced or matrixed environments.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust with hiring managers and influence outcomes through effective communication.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Solid understanding of DE&I principles and their application in hiring.
