Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

Fever, a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its People department. You will work closely with hiring managers and cross-functional teams to support global recruitment and contribute to the company's talent strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source high-quality candidates through a variety of channels
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: write job ads, screen applications, run phone and video interviews, conduct candidate tests, interview and coordinate with hiring teams
• Help hiring managers define the recruitment process
• Deliver a world-class candidate experience and give clear feedback to applicants
• Promote the Fever brand at virtual job fairs and e-meetups
• Manage the candidate pipeline and spot future growth opportunities

Required profile

• +3 years of experience, preferably in-house in a similar tech or related industry; experience in a fast-growing tech environment is a plus
• Degree in Business, Psychology, Law or a similar field
• C1 or native English and Spanish; other languages are a plus
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and market insight, with proven expertise up to director level
• Independent, self-driven and able to handle high-volume hiring
