Talent Acquisition Specialist (Maternity Cover) - IT

About the role

SQLI, a European leader in customer experience and digital transformation, is recruiting an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist (maternity leave cover) based in Valencia. Reporting to the Group Recruitment and Employer Branding Department, you will join a team of 25 specialists and take full ownership of recruiting senior IT profiles, from defining the target profile with hiring managers to welcoming the candidate on their first day. The position is a fixed-term contract.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure delivery of the recruitment plan
• Define the most effective sourcing strategy
• Carry out direct sourcing and headhunting
• Lead assessment interviews
• Support managers in making final hiring decisions
• Contribute to employer branding and campus management with partner schools
• Report regularly to the line manager and via the ATS using BI tools

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting IT profiles, ideally in the IT services sector
• Interest in sourcing and headhunting strategies for hard-to-fill roles
• Autonomy, perseverance and strong stakeholder engagement
• Optimistic, collaborative and fluent in Spanish and English
