Talent Strategist

About the role

We are looking for a Talent Strategist to shape and execute Bending Spoons’ talent acquisition strategy. You will partner with teams across the company to ensure hiring remains a competitive advantage while leveraging AI and modern tools.

Key responsibilities

• Define and continuously improve the talent strategy, balancing effort and investment to maximise value.
• Design and run rigorous experiments to optimise attraction, assessment and hiring processes.
• Own the full recruiting cycle—from sourcing to final decision—using AI‑driven tools while applying human judgement where it matters most.
• Proactively identify and engage top talent across multiple channels, combining outreach, data and emerging technologies.
• Create high‑signal evaluation frameworks, including structured tests and interview guides, to support confident hiring decisions.

Required profile

• Strong reasoning ability: solves complex problems from first principles and resists bias.
• High drive and ambition with a track record of taking ownership and delivering results.
• Team‑oriented mindset: supports the best ideas, collaborates openly and helps teammates.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑enabled recruiting tools and modern sourcing platforms.
• Ability to design and implement structured assessment methods.
