Tax Graduate Internship – 12 months

About the role

Join Celonis' Finance & Tax team in Madrid as a Tax Graduate Intern for a 12‑month program. You will gain hands‑on experience in international corporate taxation, statutory reporting, and the use of AI‑driven automation within a fast‑growing SaaS company.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with direct tax compliance and statutory reporting.
• Support indirect tax filings such as VAT and sales & use tax.
• Help assess withholding tax obligations.
• Prepare and maintain transfer pricing documentation (master and local files).
• Gather data for benchmarking studies and transfer pricing calculations.
• Contribute to tax audit readiness and data compilation.
• Assist with R&D tax credit documentation and reporting.
• Participate in the development of AI and automation tools to streamline tax processes.

Required profile

• University degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Analytical mindset, proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
• Prior exposure to an accounting or tax environment is a plus, but not mandatory.
