Tax Provision & Reporting Operations Senior Analyst

About the role

The Tax Provision & Reporting Operations Senior Analyst supports the global tax provision process and tax transparency reporting for Nestlé. The role involves extracting and consolidating tax data, preparing analyses, and ensuring compliance with IAS 12, Nestlé Accounting Standards and IFRS.

Key responsibilities

• Extract and consolidate tax reporting data for provision, Return to Accrual, and TBBS processes.
• Prepare summaries, variance analyses and KPIs to monitor reporting quality across markets.
• Review quarterly and annual tax reporting outputs for consistency with standards.
• Contact markets to clarify inputs, obtain missing information and resolve data quality issues.
• Support markets on basic tax accounting matters and escalate complex topics.

Required profile

• 5–8 years of experience in Tax Accounting, Tax Reporting, Corporate Tax or Tax Advisory within a multinational, Big 4 or shared‑service environment.
• Practical experience in deferred tax calculations and tax provision preparation.
• Analytical mindset with strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Strong experience with IAS 12 and tax effect accounting.
• Experience working with tax reporting technology and financial systems.
• Knowledge of Tax Reporting & Analytics.
