Team Lead Customer Onboarding

About the role

Shiftmove is looking for a Team Lead Customer Onboarding to own the learning journey across its SaaS fleet‑management platform. Based in Barcelona, you will work closely with the Customer Journey Manager to ensure new customers can adopt the product quickly and become power users.

Key responsibilities

• Design and scale educational pathways that drive product adoption and reduce onboarding friction.
• Lead and develop a small team of 2‑3 Onboarding Specialists.
• Create and maintain interactive guides, video tutorials, FAQs and product documentation.
• Own internal onboarding and continuous education programs for Shiftmove employees.
• Structure and optimise content for internal knowledge bases and AI‑driven support tools.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success and Support to align education with new feature releases.

Required profile

• Several years of experience leading customer education, training or enablement in a fast‑paced SaaS environment.
• Strong pedagogical communication skills, able to translate complex technical features into simple learning moments.
• Fluent French and professional proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with modern LMS platforms.
• Experience using video editing tools such as Loom or Descript.
• Ability to optimise content with AI‑driven tools.
• Knowledge base structuring and management.
