Tech Sales Contract Recruiter – Hybrid (Barcelona)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Tech Sales Contract Recruiter to join Montreal Associates in Barcelona. You will focus on sourcing and placing contract tech talent for French‑market clients, combining recruitment expertise with business development.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and place contract IT professionals across a range of technologies for French‑speaking clients.
• Develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
• Utilise advanced sourcing techniques such as Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from candidate outreach to offer negotiation.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience as a tech contract recruiter operating in the French market.
• Fluent in French (written and spoken).
• Proven business development and tech sales acumen.
• Strong understanding of the tech talent market and its recruitment challenges.

Required skills

• Boolean search techniques.
• LinkedIn Recruiter.
