Technical Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Account Manager to join a leading IT services provider in Malaga. The role bridges client relationships and internal delivery teams, ensuring technical services are delivered smoothly and expectations are managed on both sides.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular service reviews and manage client relationships.
• Shape demand, translate technical requirements into clear business terms, and pre‑empt potential issues.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to understand constraints and influence service design.
• Contribute to the evolution of the Account Management function and improve internal processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a client‑facing technical role, preferably within a managed services environment.
• Strong understanding of how technical services (DevOps, data, infrastructure) are built and delivered.
• Excellent communication, relationship management and emotional intelligence.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a young, evolving function.
