Technical Adoption Specialist, Civil 3D (French Speaking)

About the role

Autodesk Customer Success is looking for a highly motivated trusted advisor with civil engineering experience to support a broad range of technologies in large-scale environments. You will work closely with medium and large enterprise customers worldwide, joining the Technical Adoption and Success group within the Customer Technical Success team. The group's goal is to maximize the success and return on investment of strategic customers by helping them achieve their business goals while maximizing the use and adoption of Autodesk solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver live coaching sessions to drive adoption of Autodesk Solutions.
• Act as a technical trusted advisor, demonstrating thought leadership and product expertise so customers can adopt and achieve business outcomes with Autodesk technology.
• Build, maintain and deliver packaged service offerings to increase customer success and new product adoption.
• Deliver digital content through 1-to-many webinars for end users.
• Develop and update digital content that meets CTS standards of quality and consistency and addresses specific customer challenges.

Required profile

• Fluency in English and an advanced level of French.
• 5 to 6 years of experience in civil engineering or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• Advanced knowledge of industry needs and workflows.
• Public speaking and presentation skills.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of Autodesk Civil 3D and Autodesk AutoCAD in a production environment.
• Knowledge of Autodesk Construction Cloud, Autodesk Map 3D and GIS is beneficial.
