Technical Hotline Specialist – Passenger Cars (Swedish Market)

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Hotline Specialist to provide specialised technical assistance to automotive workshops serving the Swedish market. You will act as a reference point, helping professionals diagnose and resolve complex mechanical, electrical and electronic faults remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Answer technical queries from workshops via phone and email.
• Guide automotive professionals through advanced diagnosis and repair processes.
• Analyse complex breakdowns and interpret electrical diagrams, technical documentation and repair procedures.
• Consult databases, technical bulletins and specialised documentation to deliver optimal solutions.
• Provide technical support for hybrid and electric vehicles.
• Collaborate with international teams in technical meetings and training sessions.
• Follow up on cases until resolution.

Required profile

• Passion for the automotive sector and solid technical foundation.
• Experience in multi‑brand workshops and advanced diagnostics.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, international environment.
• Strong communication skills in English (additional Swedish is a plus).
