Customer Care Agent (Spanish native, Portuguese) – Temporary

About the role
Porsche Digital is building a Customer Relations Hub in Barcelona and seeks a native Spanish speaker with Portuguese skills to join the team on a six‑month contract. You will be the first point of contact for Iberian customers, delivering high‑quality digital support for Porsche’s luxury automotive products.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clear, accurate information to customers and resolve a wide range of issues.
- Represent Porsche’s products and services, ensuring every interaction meets quality standards.
- Contribute ideas to improve the Customer Relations Hub.
Required profile
- Native level Spanish, proficient Portuguese and English.
- Experience in automotive or luxury customer service.
- Empathetic, problem‑solving mindset with strong communication skills.
Required skills
- Experience with CRM systems such as SAP or Salesforce.
