Technical Integration Consultant

About the role

Join SD Worx’s international team to support clients throughout the payroll and HR implementation journey. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, configure integrations, and ensure seamless deployment of modern cloud‑based systems.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in end‑to‑end payroll solution implementations, including data migration, system integrations, web component development, and reporting.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design effective integration models with internal systems.
• Configure and customize integration solutions, perform comprehensive testing, and validate data accuracy.

Required profile

• Technical degree in computer engineering, software engineering or equivalent (DAW, DAM, ASIR accepted).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in similar integration or implementation roles.
• Strong communication skills in Spanish and English, with the ability to work independently and in a team.

Required skills

• Backend programming with Node.js.
• Relational databases: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL.
• REST API development, JSON, and web services.
• Cloud platforms: Azure or AWS (plus).
• Unix/Linux environments, network communications, IT security concepts.
• Web technologies: HTML, HTTP/HTTPS, Apache configuration.
• Integration technologies: SOAP, WSDL, JSP, Integrho.
