Technical Project Manager – Engineering Operations

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to act as the operational backbone of our engineering department in Barcelona. You will own the "how" and "when" of complex technical initiatives, turning high‑level roadmaps into concrete deliverables while keeping engineering velocity high and quality intact.

Key responsibilities

• Break down strategic roadmaps into prioritized features and user stories ready for development.
• Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, engineering, QA, and C‑level leadership.
• Identify and eliminate silos, automating routine tasks to reduce developers’ administrative load.
• Manage technical dependencies, lab infrastructure, and release schedules.
• Monitor project health using system telemetry and performance metrics, providing data‑driven updates.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading software development lifecycles from concept to release.
• Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Ability to translate complex technical strategies into clear roadmaps for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; Agile Product Owner or CCNA certifications are a plus.
• Experience in regulated or technical sectors such as cybersecurity, cloud, banking, or telecommunications.
