Technical SEO Lead – Madrid based

About the role

Fever is a leading tech platform for live entertainment, seeking a Technical SEO Lead to own the technical health of its transactional ecosystems, including feverup.com and global white‑label sites. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Data and Marketing teams to drive organic growth and improve search visibility across traditional engines and emerging LLM‑powered platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical SEO for feverup.com, white‑label websites and other group properties.
• Analyse, define and optimise information architecture and site structure.
• Ensure optimal bot accessibility for traditional search engines and LLMs.
• Monitor performance with large‑scale log analysis, dashboards and alerting (ELK, BigQuery, Splunk).
• Partner with Data, Product and Systems teams to execute the technical roadmap.
• Design, implement and iterate experiments to boost traffic and rankings.
• Audit engineering releases and prevent visibility losses.

Required profile

• 7+ years of technical SEO experience on high‑traffic ecommerce or similar sites.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results.
• Experience adapting global SEO strategies for local markets.
• Data‑driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Hands‑on experience applying AI/LLMs to SEO solutions.
• Deep knowledge of ranking factors, including emerging LLM‑powered search.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
