AI Search Innovation Lead - Madrid based

About the role

Fever is looking for an AI Search Innovation Lead to shape the future of organic search across major AI models and emerging platforms. Based in Madrid, you will work closely with product, engineering, data and PR teams to boost the brand’s authority in the next era of search.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute testing frameworks to understand how LLMs cite our content and influence generative search results.
• Build and maintain analytical dashboards that measure AI visibility performance across major models and MCPs.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to optimise data schema, site architecture and API feeds for seamless AI ingestion.
• Monitor new LLM releases and emerging AI platforms, translating insights into actionable testing strategies.
• Develop and run PR and community engagement tactics to accelerate and measure LLM perception of the brand.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics or a related STEM field.
• 6‑9 years of experience in SEO or related search disciplines, with a proven track record of ownership and impact.
• Strong analytical mindset with a bias toward data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
