Technical SEO Manager

About the role

Click&Boat, the European leader in boat rentals, is looking for a Technical SEO Manager to rebuild and scale the organic search foundation of its marketplace. Reporting to the Head of Search, you will work closely with product, engineering, content and marketing teams to drive measurable growth across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Rebuild and strengthen the SEO foundations of Click&Boat to enable sustainable scaling across markets.
• Own and prioritize SEO initiatives across multiple properties while keeping Click&Boat and Boats Group workstreams separate.
• Define and execute a robust on‑page SEO and content strategy aligned with user intent and business priorities.
• Lead technical SEO improvements in crawlability, indexation, internal linking, rendering and site performance.
• Design, run and assess SEO experiments using SearchPilot or equivalent testing methodologies.
• Analyze performance across markets, languages and property types to identify growth opportunities.
• Champion SEO best practices and a test‑and‑learn culture across the organization.

Required profile

• 5+ years of SEO experience managing multiple international web properties.
• Strong technical SEO expertise with a solid understanding of JavaScript, rendering, crawling and indexation.
• Experience in marketplace, travel, e‑commerce or related digital businesses.
• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on mindset and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
