Technical Service Officer – Hotel Occidental Puerto Banús

About the role

The Technical Service Officer will ensure that all hotel installations and machinery operate safely and efficiently. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of preventive and corrective maintenance while supporting the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Verify the proper functioning of all hotel installations and equipment.
• Ensure correct usage and optimal maintenance of machinery.
• Follow directives from supervisors and adhere to company quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification: medium‑level technical training in Maintenance (Ciclo Formativo Medio).
• At least 2 years of experience in preventive and corrective maintenance within a hotel environment.
• Desirable training in legionella control and pool maintenance.
• Valid driving licence (category B) and own vehicle.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and analytical abilities.
